The Way to Assure Fair Representation for Your Vote

Key Point. Having a reasonable voting period such as one week or two weeks maximum, subsequent to all applicable debates, plus a handful of direct voting procedures plus a handful of voter role procedures will assure the best voting representation for US.

1. 1. Declare the four-year Presidential voting day a national holiday. This will ensure the best turnout for all citizens. Necessary workers or businesses remaining open must provide a mandatory four hours off for each employee during the time polls are open in their voting precinct.
   2. Each voter must provide a government issued identification in order to vote and sign the voting roll where his or her name is indicated.
   3. Signatures on voting rolls would be verified (in person to the government issued ID and when any drop box or mailed ballot is received).
   4. No ballot or group of ballots would ever be outside the direct visibility and control of an authorized election worker.

 

1. Legalize ballot harvesting in every state according to that state’s legislature’s laws.
2. Allow mail-in voting no more than two weeks prior to national election day, with ballots mailed out no earlier than three weeks prior to national election day.
3. Allow any ballots to be counted as long as received by the close of polls on national election day.
4. Should a vote audit be required in a precinct, voting machines in that precinct must be able to produce a full individual ballot for each recorded ballot and all ballots will be combined into one batch by precinct for recounting by hand or machine.
5. Voter rolls should be updated annually with verification of action taken mailed to any changed party, and in July or August of the Presidential election.
6. Vote administration at polling locations and vote counting at designated locations by partisan observers.
7. Voting anomalies reported to authorized voting administrator in real time by partisan observers
