Influence is embodied in the illusion of influence. We talk about influence as though we know it. An oft-repeated adage, even on these pages is: “I can’t define it, but I know it when I see it.” We could also indicate “Influence is in the mind of the beholder.” Let’s examine these.

Let’s use the Biden operating group, as we’ll call it, for the examples. This group includes the center of mass, Joe Biden himself, the circling Planet Hunter (Robert Hunter Biden) and Planet Jim Biden and others, various minor planets and moons of company members such as Moon Bobulinski and asteroids Beau Biden Jr., Natalie Biden, Naomi Biden, Finnegan Biden, Robert Biden, and Maisy Biden (one asteroid is omitted for purposes of this article, as Joe, Jill, and Hunter have often omitted, in fact tried to cancel). It is notable that according to James Comer, investigating in the House, only two of these asteroids have received monetary payments apparently from the international relationships of Hunter and possibly Joe Biden.

Then, there are the various denizens of these planets, such as highly place, wealthy, and opinionated recipients of the hallowed fading light from the center of mass. These would be various payors of vast #moolah, to benefit the entire system. Cash which is meaningless to the provider since much of it is either originally from, or reimbursed from, China coffers.

Some of these objects revolve directly around the center of mass and others revolve around subsidiary objects, but all are under the influence of the Joe center of mass. Some have been ejected from the entire system such as the stepson of John Kerry, Christopher Heinz in the summer of 2019, but may have been present for some influence operations; that is unknown.
All of this orbiting is the result of the influence of the center of mass and the interplays of the next level masses. It would seem the more massive one object is, the more influence it would carry on the effects of the entire system. Now, the main thing about all this orbiting gravitational machination is, you can’t see what’s controlling it; it’s invisible. But just because the influence is hidden to the eye doesn’t mean the influence doesn’t exist. We detect it from the effects it effectuates. So when Joe says “Where’s the money? Where’s the money?” Joe’s putting his finger directly on the challenge that investigators face, and deep within his hidden and decaying synapsis, he knows it.

Just because you cannot find the gravitational influence does not mean it doesn’t exist; ok, then, but what then what are indicators?? Remember, we are really talking about political influence of Joe on others in this country on behalf of Well, first of all, wherever your politics are, whatever side of the aisle you’re on even if your Gressive (see our article on that), you realize that Prez Joe runs off his big, fat mouth. His statement about, “If we did, where’s the money? Where’s the money? Really…” is very telling. We all know people “without filters” speak the truth of the mouths of babes. That’s not all or even the most telling aspect of investigation into influence peddling, but it is information right out of Joe’s mouth.

Hunter Biden joined the Burisma (Ukrainian energy company) board in May of 2014, while Vice President Joeseph Robinette Biden had about 21 months still remaining in office. Christopher Heinz had issues with Hunter’s and Devon Archer decisions to join the Burisma board. and immediately took steps to end his business relationship with Biden and Archer, according to a source familiar with the situation. Joey and John Kerry of curse had a long and congenial relationship as swamp denizens emanating from mutual dabbling in the swamp in different capacities, being from the bluesy northeastern US, and from being born during WWII within about a year of each other. Biden went one way into politics and Kerry married a lot of $$, so it was natural they would find each other. It was also natural their male progeny would foray into dollarized business together. Lawyers, Inheritance, Ivy League, Politics, Power, Influence, Investments. The schism came really when old money met new money and the Kerry-Heinz boy, Daddy, and Ma did not want Chrissy to dirty his hands with new money. Maybe it had something to do with ethics. Anyhow, old moneyed people can smell the working class that needs to earn millions and will definitely spray some sort of room sanitizer and move down the hallway, which Master Christopher did. This is more than an indicator; it’s a bell-weather. Families whose Mommy own their own jets keep their fingernails clean.

We move on to a time in Hunter’s life where he had $ to burn, time to kill, and lusts to fulfill. Oh, man, he bought a gun and almost stole (well, it was paid by foreign interests he may have repped (in the face of FARA) a car, he tried to run, and did get far. All the way to CA, where he found hotels willing to tolerate his drub habit to a point, a benefactor who paid the rent and shared a bong on the balcony, and between that pro-bene lawyer and his still-partners figured how to crank out around two dozen LLCs to hide ownership and play a shell game with multiple $7,fig,ure wires into their bank accounts. Holy KYC! And the SARs (suspicious activity reports) mounted up. B-I-D-E-N deposits B-I-D-E-N transfers, and suspected BidInterational transfers to clean that damn money up! Hey they were all lawyers and international businessmen (they were all men) and so, well, it was a dollarized Pachinko. Hey there, seems there were between 150 and 200 noteworthy transactions for $tens of thousands each! You ever had suspicious transactions? For $tens of thousands? Even one? To you and up to a dozen family members in just a few years? When serving the public in a fiduciary position? No?

Back in the old aerospace days they powers wanted to be sure we didn’t create any $ or procurement problems. We were dealing with US $ after all. So they had invented the phase I will explain. But first, let me say that the contractors and DoD prohibited any transactions or business dealings between parties that were outside the contractual relationships of the parties. There was a provision for disclosing any extraneous business. Beyond that, though, meaning actual $ transaction business, we all signed documents that prohibited “improper relationships” and even “prohibit the appearance of impropriety.” Now, one would think if we didn’t want procurement and accounts payable clerks of aerospace companies to have “the appearance of impropriety,” that we’d want the Vice President and his offspring to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

So insider (almost a planet but probably a minor planet) Devon Archer was swearing in to House testimony and they talked about influence. Archer was testifying to the group about solid interactions in which Joe Biden the Vice President of the United States would call a group at a dinner and the call was put on a speakerphone. And the questioning Congressman (they were all men in this instance, in this vignette) said – paraphrasing – that Archer was talking about the “illusion of influence” – as though real influence was not being transacted here, just a figment of people’s imagination that there was influence. This Congressman, Dan Goldman of New York, tried to sidetrack the narrative indicating that this was the “Illusion of Influence” and that Biden talked about inconsequential topics, insinuating that all Joe talked about was “the weath-(er).” Like they would discuss the weather on a dinner group conference call with the Veep and Hunter’s business friends when the Veep called in. Nobody was trying to impress anyone else. Nothing to see here. Not incidentally, Goldman is one of the wealthiest Congresspersons with a net worth of $QuarterBil, $250Mil, from pants – he’s an heir to the Levi Strauss fortune.

In criminal law there is adherence to the Fifth Amendment, which ensure “due process of law,” meaning, among other things, that a prosecutor must have sufficient evidence to bring criminal charges in a (felony) case. That means there has to be “probable cause” in order to create a criminal “indictment” (an accusation by the government). Well, probable cause means there probably has been a crime and the person to be accused probably did it, and there is something that can point to the likelihood that the government should get involved to punish a crime; that is, to create justice. This is a somewhat subjective evaluation, but it is subject to judicial review (by the court of jurisdiction) as a protection to the potential accused. We are at a point where we should ask if there is probable cause to accuse H., J., and J. Bidens, and even some of the minor planets and asteroids of some sort of crime. And remember, the President is subject to a different standard of accusation than the others, because as the center of mass, he’s the President and doesn’t necessarily require the same burden of proof as the rest.
